This is a public records request for the following information in PDF or similar electronic format (please note, we are not asking for paper copies):

  1. Utility bills for a school within the district with the highest heating and cooling costs. These bills can be be the monthly statements you received from your provider showing how much you spent on energy (in dollars) and how much energy you used (either KWH, Therms, or relevant unit of measure). Energy costs include but are not limited to electric, oil, chips and/or gas (if used for heating). We need to know the heated and cooled space serviced by each meter. Please explain any additional methods of heating and cooling used. 
  1. The ASF (assignable square footage) of the school from #1 and please provide the name and address of the school. If there are multiple buildings at the chosen school please provide the name/usage and square footage of each building.

Monthly Utility bills: a full year (Jan. 2019 to December 2019)

SQFT: HVAC SF or send the architectural drawings
